Betty Lou Bryant, 75, of Vernon died July 27 at Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley. She was born Aug. 21, 1932, in Tacoma, Wash., to the late Lenored Charles and Frances Adilia Curtis Bellman. Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Robert "Bob" Beverley Bryant of Vernon; two brothers, Robert Charles Bellman and David Franklin Bellman, both of Tacoma, Wash.; two sisters, Lillian Marie Hailey of Spanaway, Wash., and Leona Louise MacInelly of Reno, Nevada. Services were held July 30 at New Hope United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bruce Benedict officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery with Peel Funeral Home of Bonifay directing.
