-> Betty Lee McKeithen Williams, 76, of Savannah, died Saturday, September 6, 2005 at Hospice Savannah, Inc., after a stroke. She was born in Wellborn, FL., and was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Dempsey Williams, and a grandson, Christopher Shawn Anderson. She had formerly worked at the Harvest House Restaurant, the Pirates House, the Chatham Club, Shoneys of Savannah, and worked as a Private Nannie for 25 years, before retiring April 1, 2005. She also worked for Gulfstream Aerospace Company as an Assembler for 10 years, prior to retiring. She was a Master Gardner, and loved to work with Crafts, always making baskets, etc. She loved to serve as a "Signer" with people with hearing disabilities. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Temple, and a former member of Wilder Memorial Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, John Thomas Williams, and James Lloyd Williams, both of Savannah, GA; three daughters, Melinda "Missy" Williams,Terri Williams, and Toni Williams Barker all of Savannah GA; a sister, Mary V. Prather of Jacksonville, FL; and a brother, P. E. "Buddy" McKeithen, of Lake City, FL; four grandchildren, John James Williams, Michael Williams, April Baca and Misty Adams, and six great grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Hubert C. Baker Funeral Home. Funeral Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Wilder Memorial Baptist Church, with interment in Hillcrest West Cemetery.
