Betty Johnson, 81, of Rahway, N.J., died on Sept. 30, 2011, at home. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Ebenezer A.M.E. Church in Rahway. Cremation will be private. Visitation is on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home, 247 Elm Ave., Rahway. Born in Kenilworth, N.J., Mrs. Johnson lived in Rahway. She worked for the Woodbridge Developmental Center in Woodbridge, N.J. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Ebenezer A.M.E. Church. Surviving are her sons, Michael Johnson and his wife, Dawn, and Dennis Johnson; daughter, Denise Johnson; sister, Evelyn Wilson; daughter-in-law, Renee Johnson, and 15 grandchildren.
