Betty "Mama Dukes" Johnson, 63, of Radcliff, passed away Sunday, May 11, 2014, at her residence.She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post No. 10281, Vine Grove, and she was a beautician at Fantastic Sam's for many years. She was preceded in death by her father, Everett Moody Sr.; and a brother, Everett Moody II.Survivors include three children, Heidi Liverman and Rodney Thibodeau, both of Radcliff, and Amy Thibodeau of Junction City, Kansas; six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, her mother, two sisters, one brother and several nieces, nephews and many close friends.A memorial service is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 15, at VFW Post No. 10281, 299 Briggs Lane, Vine Grove.Coffey and Chism Funeral Home in Vine Grove is in charge of arrangements
