Betty Joe Miller, 74, of Elkton, died Feb. 5, 2010, at Flagler Hospital. She was born on March 6, 1935, in Louisa, Ky., and had lived in Gainesville, Fla., before moving to Elkton in 1999. Betty was a devoted homemaker, loving mother, and grandmother.She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Miller. She is survived by sons, Billy Joe Miller of Louisa, Ky., Charles Miller and his wife, Stacy, of St. Augustine; daughter Lucy Gay Young and her husband, James, of Elkton; brothers, Henry Clevenger and his wife, Lorraine, of Lorain, Ohio, and Billy Ray Clevenger and his wife, Lorah, of South Carolina. She also leaves eight grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010, at Evergreen Cemetery with The Rev. Craig W. Eby, officiating. St. Johns Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
