She was born on October 8, 1959 in Pensacola, Florida.Preceding, her in death was her father and mother; Thomas Clark and Betty Parham.Faithful to the end, a loving and dedicated wife, devoted mother and sister she leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 25 years; Clarence Adrian Smith, her three children; Bradley A. Gulsby, Derek J. Smith and Miranda C. Smith, six grandchildren; Brandon Wallace Gulsby, Cory Allen Gulsby, Bailey Morgan Smith, Gavin Joshua Smith, Trinity Paige Rodriguez and Kylee Nevaeh Rodriguez, her sister; Annette Marks, brothers; Wendall Nichols, Tim Nichols and Daniel Parham.Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Barrineau Park, Florida with Father Thomas Koyickal officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.The family will receive friends at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North-Cantonment on Monday, April 13, 2009 from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.Faith Chapel Funeral Home North, 1000 Highway 29 South Cantonment is in charge of arrangements.
