Betty Jane Williams 79 of Ft. Myers passed away on August 29, 2010. She was as an accomplished pianist who assisted her husband in the ministry for many years playing locally in various nursing homes.She is survived by her husband, Rev. Robert Williams, two brothers, Sam (Joyce) Colding and Wade Colding, one sister , Dorothy Stanaland, son, Joe Dodds, stepchildren, Dr. J.D. (Michelle) Williams, Jan (Dennis) Lloyd and numerous step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Francis Colding and son, Lee Dodds.Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 2 at Lee Memorial Park Funeral Home, 12777 SR 82 at 11:00 AM, visitation will be held one hour prior. A memorial service will be held at The Palms on Monday, September 6 at 1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Nation's Association of Ft. Myers.
