Jackson, Betty J.Betty J. Jackson, 65, of Alachua, FL, passed away Friday, November 20, 2009. She was a member of Westside Church of God in Christ. Survivors include four sons, Dwayne Allen, Lake City, FL, Climmie Jackson, Alachua, FL, Clyde Garrison, Ocala, FL, and Steve Wallace, Orlando, FL; four daughters, Kimberly Jackson, Gainesville, FL, Tangela Harvey, Newberry, FL, Shaunna Criswell, Gainesville, and Michelle Criswell, Alachua, FL; one brother, Earnest Jackson, Lock Port, NY; two sisters, Lillian Williams, Alachua, FL and Lillie Mae Thomas, Deland, FL; sixteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren. Funeral services for Ms. Jackson will be held at Westside Church of God in Christ, Alachua at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, November 28, 2009, Elder Leslie Richardson, officiating. Burial will follow at St. Matthews Cemetery under the care of Chestnut Funeral Home, 18 NW 8th Ave, Gainesville, FL. Visitation will be Friday 2:00-7:00PM Chestnut Chapel and on Saturday at the church one hour before the service. The cortege will form at the home of Ms. Jackson 14207 NW 157th Place, Alachua, FL at 2:15 p.m."A Chestnut Service"
