Oxford - Funeral services for Betty Florence Allen Beal, 74, of Oxford, will be today, May 5, 2012, at 2 p.m. at K.L. Brown Memory Chapel in Golden Springs with the Rev. Jeff Duncan officiating. Interment will follow at Landers Cemetery in Jacksonville. Mrs. Beal passed away on Thursday, May 3, 2012, at Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Beal was born on February 27, 1938 to James Harmon Allen and Lois Alsup Allen. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Aubrey Allen Beal; and a brother, Wayne Allen. Survivors include a daughter, Cathy Lott and husband, Edward; sons, Mike Beal and wife, Carla, Ken Beal and wife, Lisa, and Kevin Beal and wife, Aimee; five grandchildren; sister, Debra Turley; and brothers, Wilburn Allen and Ricky Allen.
