SULLIVAN, Betty E., 84, formally of Middletown, N.Y., passed away Thursday, June 18, 2009. Mrs. Sullivan moved to Tampa from Wildwood, Fla., in 2001. She was retired from the state of New York. She is survived by one son, E. Alan Selemba of Middletown; two daughters, Debbie Pugliese of Tampa and Patty Budd of Middletown; two sisters, Dottie Loeven and Janet Dodd; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
