Betty E. Miller, 78, died Sept. 30, 2008, at the VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach. She was born in Bayonne, N.J., and lived in Sebastian for three years, coming from Margate. Survivors include her son, John Caccavone of Sebastian; sisters, Vicki Kumpf of Saddle Brook, N.J., Mary DiGennaro of Margate and Nancy Salute of Labelle; brothers, Michael Benedetto of Tom River, N.J., Carlo Benedetto of East Rutherford, N.J.; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Schaneen, and sister, Annie. Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960. SERVICES: There will be no services at this time. Arrangements are by Strunk Funeral Home and Crematory in Sebastian.
