MATCHETT-SMITH, BETTY DELORES, 49 Citra - a homemaker and nanny, died July 18, 2006. She was known for her dedication and love to God, her family, friends, and giving spirit. She is survived by her husband, Luther Smith Jr., daughters, Tina Horne and Tami Hamm, grandchildren, Katie Grace Horne and Justin Wayne Parker. Brothers Paul and Michael Matchett, sisters Alice Miller, Patricia Hughes, and Ruthie Atkins, parents Pastor Russell and Sally Matchett all of Citra. Visitation will be held Friday, July 21st, from 6-8pm at HIERS FUNERAL HOME, 910 East Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala. The funeral service will be held Saturday, July 22nd, at 1pm, Simmons Full Gospel Baptist Church East CR 318 with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
