WINTER HAVEN -- Mrs. Betty L. Davis of Winter Haven died of complications of pneumonia Tuesday (Dec. 7, 2004) at Winter Haven Health and Rehab. She was 63.Born in Live Oak on April 2, 1941, she came to Winter Haven from there 20 years ago. She was a homemaker. She was a Baptist.Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Davis. She is survived by her son, Robert Davis, Winter Haven, Jimmy L. Davis, Atlanta; daughters, Teresa Taylor, Lakeland, Tina Davis, Winter Haven; brothers, Billy Ray Jenkins, High Springs, Danny Jenkins, Branford, Dewey Jenkins, Brooker, Frank Jenkins, James Jenkins, John Jenkins, all of Branford; sisters, Estelle Bass, Branford, Mary Welch, O'Brien, Shirley Ann Dickert, Cross City, Linda Gail Jenkins, Branford; eight grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 this evening at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, 650 E. Main St., Bartow. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel.
