Mrs. Brown was a member of Vultee Church of Christ in Nashville and she retired from Harvey's Department Store as a Saleslady. Mrs. Brown loved dogs and was a good wife. She is survived by her sister, Letha Sawyer; niece, Bettie Mousseau of Melbourne, FL; step daughter, Jean Hutchison of Nashville and extended family. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at Woodlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Vultee Church of Christ or the Humane Society. Visitation will be held from 12 noon til 1 p.m. on Tuesday before the graveside service at WOODLAWN-ROESCH-PATTON FUNERAL HOME, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN, (615) 383-4754
