ObituaryBetty Ann Lewis of Ft. Myers passed away on November 30, 2003 at the home of her daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Terry Reed in Govueneur, NY. where she was under the care of Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley. Survivors besides her daughter and son-in-law are 2 sons; Bruce & James of Govueneur, NY, daughter, Mary & Garry June of Ft. Myers, sister, Shirley Hurley, Edwards, NY. and 2 brothers Nelson of Hillsboro, NY. and Bernard of Irvine, CA., and 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Her husband Carl, daughter Christine, 2 sons Joel and Robert and great-granddaughter Hannah preceded her in death. Funeral Mass was held at St. James Catholic Church on Dec. 4, in Govueneur, NY. Burial was in the new St. James Cemetery. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Light Catholic Church of Ft. Myers. Donations may be made to Hope Hospice.
