Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 10:30 AM from Biblical Faith Tabernacle Church, Montgomery, AL and then at 2:00 PM from Shiloh A.M.E. Church, 45 Dry Creek Rd. Midway, AL. Interment will follow in Shiloh A.M.E. Church Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Nathan Walker. She leaves to cherish her loving memories: six children, Mary (James) Alford, Hammond, IN, Ola McClain and Patrisha McClaine, both of East Chicago, IL, JoAnne (Marvin) Walker-McKinnon, Leroy (Jacenthia) Walker and Dennis Walker, all of Montgomery, AL. She is the grandmother of ten loving grandchildren and is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
