MARLBOROUGH Bertha M. (Belliveau) Savoie, 91, formerly of New Bedford and Salem, died Sunday, April 5, 2009, at Holy Trinity Eastern Orthodox Nursing Home, Worcester. She is survived by her son, Willfrid Savoie, of Norwood; her daughters, Madeleine Delande of Danvers, and Sister Janine Savoie, SSCh, of Marlborough; three brothers; four sisters; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, April 8, at 10 a.m., at St. Matthias Church, Hemenway Street, Marlborough. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant Street, New Bedford. Visiting hours are Tuesday, April 7, 4 to 7 p.m., at the Slattery Funeral Home, Inc., 40 Pleasant St., Marlborough.
