ALBANY Bertha Henderson, 99, died on January 26, 2005 at Child's Nursing Home. She is survived by her children, Mutual (Red) Henderson, Sally E. Weston, Leila Wilson, Ernest Henderson, Roberta Wilson, Robert Henderson and Richard Henderson, all of the Capital District area. Also survived by 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her son, Nathaniel Henderson and her granddaughter, Valarie Wilson. The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at Child's Nursing Home especially to the nurses and nurses aides on the 3rd floor. Also to the many friends and neighbors for their hospitality. Funeral services 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 31, 2005 at Garland Bros. Funeral Home, 75 Clinton Ave., Albany. Relatives and friends are invited and may call at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Interment, Graceland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may send memorial contributions to a charity of their choice in her memory.
