Owner of B&B Cloth Shop EVANS, Ga.- Entered into rest January 2, 2004 at the residence, Mrs. Bennie Irene Bell, wife of the late Mr. Lum Bell. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 5, 2004 at 2 p.m. at Martinez United Methodist Church with Rev. Jerry Newsome and Rev. Peggy Lowe officiating. Interment in Bellevue Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Bell will lie in state one hour prior to the service at the church. Family and friends will assemble at the church. Mrs. Bell was born in McCormick County, S.C. She was the owner for 34 years of B&B Cloth Shop, Evans. She was a member of Martinez United Methodist Church and a member of the McDonald Sunday School Class. She is survived by a son, John William Bell, Unicoi, Tenn. and a daughter, Edna Bell Stewart, Evans, Ga.; a sister, Pauline White, Calhoun Falls, S.C.; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Richard Stewart, Billy Wilson, Dan Hatch er, Michael Hopkins, Brook Facey, and Larry Buser. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the McDonald Sunday School Class. Contributions may be made to the Martinez United Methodist Church Building Fund, 3614 Washington Rd., Martinez, Ga. 30907.
