WILLIAMS, BENJAMIN EDWARD1920 - 2014Ben passed away September 9, 2014 at the Weyburn Special Care Home at the age of 94. Ben was predeceased by his loving wife Lily; sons Jim and Doug; parents George and Ila; sister Frances; brother-in-law Willis McCartney; brother Bud (George). Ben is survived by his sons: Tom (Judy), Brian (Brenda), Pat, Gerry, David (Sandy), Darrell (Marny); fourteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; brother Art (Karen); sister Eunice (Robert) Sambrook; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Ben farmed all his life in the Milestone area. He enjoyed hockey, curling, playing cribbage, shuffleboard, but most of all driving and when he gave up his license he made many miles around town on his scooter in all kinds of weather. Friends and family are invited to attend a graveside service on Friday, September 12, 11:00 a.m. at Milestone Cemetery with Judy Beck officiating.
