Mr. Williams was a retired electrician of Local# 41. I.B.E.W., a member of the Buffalo Cavalry Assoc., Parish United Lodge #292 F & AM and the Buffalo Consistory A.A.S.R. (Masonic Service Sunday 4 PM). In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Brotherhood Fund of Parish United Lodge.
