AUGUSTA, Ga. -Ms. Beatrice Walker of Walton Way entered into rest Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at the residence. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. at the Good Samaritan Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Warren Turner, Jr. Ph.D, officiating. Burial will be in Walker Memorial Park. Ms. Walker was a native of Burke, Co., Ga., a member of the Good Samaritan Baptist Church. Survivors are one son, Deon (Vickie) Mack, Hartford, Conn.; three grandchildren, Valencia Deon, Victor Deon and Terrance Mack, Hartford; four sisters, Dotsie Bell Leathers, Waynesboro, Ga., Irene Ivery, Gloria Jean (Dea. Leroy) Wells and Barbara Jean Walker, Augusta; three brothers, Charles (Annie) Walker, Waynesboro, Otis Walker, Chicago, Ill. and Willie Eugene Walker, Augusta; maternal aunt, Iren Elzie, Augusta; sisters-in-law, Margaret Walker and Bessie Walker, Detroit, Mich.; god brother, Taylor Collins, Augusta; dear friend, Gloria Anderson, N.C.; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
