WRIGHT, Barbara Myrtle, 82, passed away May 22, 2006. Born in Hanover, Mass., October 27, 1923, she received degrees from Bentley College and the University of South Florida. She arrived in Tampa in 1969 and was active in the business community at a certified public accountant tax specialist, an area in which she was published. She was a member of the Pilot's Club, Tampa Yacht and Country Club, Order of the Eastern Star (Massachusetts chapter), and volunteered as a guardian ad litem, among other civic groups. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Nancy Wright of Tucson, Ariz.; her nephew, Robert Wright of Tampa; and four nieces, Nancy Lee Strauch of St. Louis, Mo., Susan Collins of Birmingham, England, Ellen Heinberg of Wilmington, N.C., and Deborah Gregory of Tucson, Ariz. Memorial services and interment will be in Hingham, Mass., at a later date. Barbara will be missed by her many friends, furry and otherwise.
