SMYTH, Barbara Vera nee McKibbon Peacefully in hospital on Tuesday, January 7, 2003. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Malcolm Smyth. Predeceased by her sisters Lola Lepage, Eileen Steele and brothers Edwin and Elwood McKibbon. Survived by her "angel" niece Marlene Haw (Mickey), Faye Declare (Earl), Eleanor Withers and nephews Marvin Kenneth Lepage, Robin (Vicki), Buddy (Molly), Glen (Pam), David (Judy), the late Morris McKibbon and many great-nieces and nephews. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, on Thursday, January 9, 2003, from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service in the Chapel on Saturday at 10 a.m. Interment Pinecrest Cemetery. Special thanks to the nurses and staff of the Queensway-Carleton Hospital for their tender, loving care. For those wishing donations to a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
