She was born September 20, 1937.Visitation will be Friday, August 8 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Linville Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Saturday at 11 am at funeral home chapel with Dr. Mickey Kirkland officiating. Burial will follow at Good Hope Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing.She is survived by children, Stanley Owens, Earl Owens, Debbie Eason, Gary Owens (Amy), Jeff Owens (Courtney), Jenny Taylor (Matthew); stepson, Jimmy Owens; fifteen grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by sister, Helen Biles and brother, Joe Burnette.Barbara was a loving, unselfish mother and her family meant the world to her.
