WRIGHT, Barbara L., 88, passed away suddenly June 26, 2009. Barbara was born February 15, 1921, in Evanston, Ill. She lived in Tampa for more than 50 years before moving to Atlanta, Ga. in 2006, to be closer to her family. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John in 1991 after 50 years of marriage. Barbara worked for Pediatric Medical Center in Tampa for more than 35 years. She helped calm new mothers and sick children with her reassurances that all would be well. Barbara was a friendly, loving person who never spoke unkindly of anyone. She enjoyed nothing more than visiting with family and friends. After moving to Atlanta in 2006 her life revolved around her great-grand- children, Cole and Avery. Active until the end she was always on the go. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Lynn Woodard (George); grandchildren, Allison Harper (Brad) and Matthew Woodard (Ellen); and great- grandchildren, Cole and Avery Harper and Ethan Woodard.
