Barbara L. Martin (nee Clark), 70, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013, at Merry Heart of Boonton Township, N.J. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Liturgy of Christian Burial to be offered at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2, at St. Christopher R.C. Church, 1050 Littleton Rd., Parsippany, N.J. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, N.J. Visiting hours are on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Par-Troy Funeral Home. 95 Parsippany Rd., Parsippany. She moved to Lake Hiawatha, N.J. in October 1965; she then moved to Ortley Beach, N.J., in 2005 before moving to Parsippany, N.J., in 2006. She worked as a school crossing guard for Parsippany-Troy Hills for over 27 years before retiring in 2004. Barbara was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of District 5 Fire Department in Parsippany. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, James A. Sr., on May 11, 2006. Survivors include her son, James A. Jr. and his wife, Christine; her daughters, Kathleen Hollinghurst and her husband, Brian; Colleen Cardaci and her husband, Mike; Eileen Brown and her husband, Chris, and Charleen Bednarz and her husband, Craig; her brother, Michael Clark; her sister, Alida Corrigan, and her nine cherished grandchildren.
