Funeral for Barbara “Bobbie” Borden Mitchell, 63, of Town Creek will be Monday, Dec. 8, 2003, at 11 a.m. at Cave Springs Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Ron Edgil officiating and Lawrence Funeral Home directing.Burial will be in Cave Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Mitchell died Friday, Dec. 5, 2003, at Princeton Baptist Medical Center in Birmingham. She was born Sept. 8, 1940, to Auther Borden and Carrie Mae Dotson Borden. She was retired from Boise Cascade.Survivors include two brothers, Jerry Borden of Mount Hope and Mark Borden of Town Creek; and one sister, Wilma Babikan of Lake Geneva, Wis. Pallbearers will be Michael Page, Timmy Borden, Michael Strand, Thomas Borden, Matthew Borden, Chuck Borden, Ronnie Borden and Carrie Jo Pace.
