WILLIAMS, Barbara Anne 75 of Largo, died at a local hospital Sept. 3 following a brief illness. She was born January 18, 1932 in Portland, ME, the daughter of the late Joseph L. and Mary L. (Fitzgerald) Cronan. She was raised in Maine; graduated from P.C.H. S., moving to Boston and New York where she was employed as a legal secretary. She married Alfred B. Williams in 1955 and the relocated to Albany, NY then to Largo, FL in 1998. She was predeceased by her husband of 46 years in 2001; a sister, Mary L. Johansson; and a brother, Joseph Leo Cronan. She is survived by her sister, Doris Chandler and family of Largo; and her brother, Richard Cronan and family of Carson City, NV. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Oct. 25 at 10 am at St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church, Ridge Road, Largo. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of North Pinellas or to a charity of your own choice.
