Barbara Ann Williams COWPENS, SC-- Barbara Ann Williams, 69, of 112 Charlie Dr., died at her home after a short illness. A native of Spartanburg County, she was the daughter of the late David and Lucille Williams Green. Ms. Williams leaves to cherish fond memories: four sisters, Anita G. Legg and Jean (Marvin) Black of Spartanburg, Gloria (Don) Watkins of Inman, and Beulah M. Green of Boiling Springs, a brother, David (Frances) Green, Jr. of Spartanburg; and a host of other relatives and friends.
