Barbara Ann Sullivan, 78, Louisville, formerly of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, Dec. 27, 2014 at Baptist Hospital East, Louisville.She was born on Sept. 9, 1936 in Perryville. Sullivan worked at Southall Pharmacy, Jane & Linda Sportswear, and Southern Homecare. She was also a member of Lebanon Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Frank and Hallie Milburn Whitehouse; and an infant son, Larry Ray Sullivan. Survivors include: two daughters, Linda (David) Atzinger and Margaret Sullivan, all of Louisville; a son, Roger (Tisha) Sullivan of Louisville; two sisters, Lucille McCarty of Lebanon and Naoma Shepperson of Louisville; a brother, Tommy (Dianne) Whitehouse of Lebanon; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, at Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, with interment in Haysville Cemetery. Dr. David Whitlock officiated.Pallbearers were Joey Lynch, Preston Sullivan, Floyd McCarty, David Atzinger, Clint Bright, and Tommy Whiteouse.Bosley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
