ARMSTRONG, Barbara Elinor 1917-2009 Peacefully with her daughters by her side Monday July 13, 2009 at the age of 92. Loving mother of Judy (Phil Dondelinger) of Texas, Kathy (Roy Wheeler) and Barbara (Peter Sabiston). Cherished grandmother to Heather and Ian. Dear sister of Irving Richardson (Jean) of Edmonton. The family would like to thank the staff of "the Bungalows" at Peter D. Clark Centre for the loving care provided. Special thanks to Joan for the comfort she provided during a very difficult time.
