Brenda Noles Thompson, 52, of 10818 Anderson Road, died Monday, Aug. 8, 2005, at her home. Born in Fulton County, Ga., a daughter of the late Albert and Cora Lee Harris Noles, Mrs. Thompson was employed with the Department of Social Services in Greenville and was a member of Siloam Baptist Church. She attended Young Harris College and graduated from North Georgia College. Surviving are her husband, Preston T. "Terry" Thompson of the home; two daughters, Joni Nicole Thompson of Easley and Kelly Denise Jensen of Covington, Ga.; a brother, Johnnie Noles of Gloucester, Va.; and a grandson, Brendon Thompson. Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road, Easley, with Rev. Dr. Don Dunavant and Rev. Joel Jenkins officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley. Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Siloam Baptist Church, 229 Siloam Church Road, Easley, SC 29642; or to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Mid-Atlantic Chapter, P.O. Box 241535, Charlotte, NC 28224; or to St. Francis Hospice, 414 Pettigru St., Greenville, SC 29601. The family is at the residence. Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road, Easley, is assisting the family with arrangements.
