GRAY, BETTY KAY, 71Ocala - Betty Kay Gray (Newsome), 71, formerly of West Palm Beach, FL unexpectedly passed away September 30th, 2012 in Ocala, FL. She is survived by her husband Richard (Dick) Gray. Betty is also survived by her three daughters, Stacy Cann (Ted) of Brentwood, TN., Courtney Wear (Washburn) of Ocala, FL. and Leslie Phillips (Ted) of Tallahassee, FL. She is also survived by five grandchildren Seth Cann, Taylor and Tre Wear, Paige and Lyndsey Phillips; five sisters, Jeanette McLaren of West Palm Beach, FL., Donna Newsome of Tallahassee, FL., Linda Shrigley of Tallahassee, FL., Shirley Houlihan of Royal Palm Beach, FL. and Laura Briggs of Amherst, VA.; two nieces, three nephews and her Aunt Lucille Cates of Sparr, FL. At Betty's request, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the National Audubon Society, www.audubon.org.
