Mrs. Barbara Moore, 58, of Dahlonega died Oct. 27, 2009. Barbara was born in Lumpkin County, had lived most of her life in Lumpkin and Dawson Counties and was a homemaker. She was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church in Lumpkin County. She was the daughter of the late Clyde and Rosalee Davis Gaddis and was also preceded in death by her husband, Harry Brown; brothers, Billy Gaddis, Charles Gaddis, C.S. Gaddis and Clyde Gaddis Jr.; and sisters, Christine Grant and Joyce Ann Gaddis. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Frank Lebaron, Dawsonville and Teri and Sam Gilleland, Dahlonega; son and daughter-in-law, Sammy and April Moore, Dahlonega; sister and brother-in-law, Martha and David Power, Cumming; brothers and sisters-in-law, George Earl and Nancy Gaddis, Dawsonville, Leroy Gaddis, Dahlonega and Mike and Gladys Gaddis, Dawsonville; grandchildren, Addyson-Iva Moore, Camden Moore and Kelton and Kenneth Lebaron; special great-niece, Danielle Liber; and a number of other relatives also survive. Funeral services will be held Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Mill Creek Baptist Church in Lumpkin County. The Rev. Rodney Pilcher will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday starting at 4 p.m. and all day on Thursday. Banister Funeral Home of Dahlonega is in charge of arrangements.
