Interment will take place on Saturday, May 25, 2002 at Restland Memorial Park, Dallas, TX. Mrs. Carter moved to the central Florida area in 1986 from Troutdale, OR. She was employed by the Lake Sumter Community College in Leesburg, FL and was a member of the First Church of Christ in Eustis, FL. Mrs. Carter is survived by her Husband, Richard Carter of Winter Garden, FL., her Son, Oliver B. Carter of Winter Springs, FL and her Step-father, Charles S. McDonald. ALLEN J.
