COOK, Aurore (nee Lachance) - 1925 - 2002 - In loving memory of Aurore Cook who passed away at the West Nipissing General Hospital on Wednesday, October 16, 2002 at the age of 76. Cherished wife of her first husband, the late John Sauriol, her second husband, the late George Cook and her special friend the late Omer Belanger. Left to treasure her memories are her childen; Claire (Jim Farnand) of Dwight, Jeanne (Allan Farnell) of Toronto, Yvonne (Dennis Sauriol) of Burlington, Marguerite (Bill Rantz) of Port Sydney and Bruce Cook of Timmins. Predeceased by her children; Madelaine (Irwin Field) of Huntsville, Helen (John Wood) of Dwight and Donald Cook of Dwight. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her 13 grandchildren; Angela (Paul Mekis) and Keith Farnand, Adrienne Farnell, George Sauriol (Michelle), Ryan and Lisa Rantz, Steven and Charles Cook, Marilyn (David Scordino) and Michelle and Tom Field, Trisha (Marco Koomans) and Christopher Wood. Dear sister of Edward (Jeannine) of Sturgeon Falls. Predeceased by her parents; Emile Lachance and Emma Drouin, and by her sister Eva Cook. Family receiving friends at the Theoret Funeral Home in Sturgeon Falls on Monday, October 21, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Reverend Edward Wawrzyk will celebrate the Funeral Mass at the Our Lady of Sorrow Church on Tuesday, October 22, at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at the Hutcheson Cemetery in Huntsville.
