AUGUSTA, Ga. - Arthur Wayne Anderson entered into rest Friday January 14, 2005 at University Hospital. Mr. Anderson was a life long resident of Augusta and a member of Southside Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Monday January 17, 2005 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home Lumpkin Road Chapel at 2 P.M. with Rev. Greg Glover Officiating. Burial will follow at Gracewood Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be: Curtis Wimberly, David Hutto, John Ed Johnson, Terry Anderson, David Anderson Jr. and Johnnie Sanchez. Honorary Pall Bearers will be David Brown and Dennis Holshouser. Survivors include sisters, Mary Wimberly of Augusta, Edith Johnson of Burke Co. and brother, John Willis Anderson Jr. Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his parents, John Willis Anderson Sr. and Mary Brandon Anderson; brothers, Carl, Raymond and David Lee Anderson.
