Anthony Henry (Tony) Cowling May 6, 1924 - July 21, 2014 A teacher and school librarian in Richmond from the 60's to the 80's. He enjoyed sailing, beekeeping and wood-crafting. A POW during WWII he wrote "My Life With the Samurai". Survived by his loving wife Norma and 4 sons - Chris, Geoff, David and Michael, their wives and 5 grandchildren. A celebration of Tony's life will start at 2:00 p.m. on Sat. Aug 16 at his son Michael's home, call 604-271-2311.
