Anthony Fabia Kelly, infant, was born June 19, 2002, and died June 29, 2002, in All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg. Survivors include his parents, Andrew and Evangelyn of Port Charlotte; maternal grandparents, Job and Juanita of the Philippines; paternal grandparents, Warren and Sharon of Pensacola; and a sister, Kaitlyn of Port Charlotte. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services in Punta Gorda. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Restlawn Memorial Gardens Chapel.
