Annie "Rob" Robinson, 89, died on Oct. 21, 2007, at her home. She was born on in Columbus, Ga., and lived in Fort Pierce for 62 years. She was a mother of the church at St. Matthew's Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Pierce and a former member of New Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Pierce. Survivors include her sons, James E. Robinson and Jackie Robinson, both of Fort Pierce, and Robert F. Robinson of Brunswick, Ga.; daughter, Annie C. Black of Fort Pierce; 20 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and two great-great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Eddie Robinson; brother, Eddie Copping Jr.; and sisters, Estella Walker, Mary Dawson and Janey Mae Walker. SERVICES: Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Oct. 26 and 9 to 10 a.m. Oct. 27 at Sarah's Memorial Chapel in Fort Pierce. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Oct. 27 at St. Matthew's Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be in Riverview Memorial Park in Fort Pierce. A guest book may be signed at sarahsmemorial.com.
