Retired Chief Operator Southern Bell AUGUSTA, Ga.- Entered into rest Monday, August 16, 2004 at St. Joseph Hospital, Miss Annie Marion Anderson, age 87. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, August 19, 2004 at Westover Memorial Park with the Rev. Roger Stone and Rev. Tom Compton officiating. Miss Anderson was a native and lifelong resident of Augusta. She was retired from Southern Bell as Chief Operator with 40 years of service. Miss Anderson was a member of Mann Memorial United Methodist Church. Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews. Platt's Funeral Home, 721 Crawford Ave., Augusta, Ga. 733-3636.
