-> Mrs. Annie Mae Walker entered into rest on Saturday, December 4, 2004 at her resident, Mrs. Annie Mae Walker of Montgomery Street, Augusta, GA. She was a member of Elim Baptist Church and a member of the Senior Mission. She is survived by one son, Mr. Valdon Walker, Jr. of Columbia, SC; two daughters, Mrs. Alice Vaughns of Augusta and Mrs. Velma W. (James) Johnson, Savannah; one sister, Mrs. Lula B. Freeman, Augusta; five grandchildren, Mr. Derrick T. Johnson, Savannah, Ms. Sandra Tutt, Ms. Rosalyn C. Jones, Ms. Stephanie Vaughns and Ms. Allison Gresham all of Augusta; 12 great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchildren, four sisters-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, December 8, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. from The Klim Baptist Church with Rev. J.S. Wright officiating. Funeral processional will leave the resident 705 Montgomery Street at 12:30 p.m. The body will lie in state at the Church from 12, Noon until hour of service and will not be viewed afterwards. Burial will be in Bellevue Memorial Gardens, Grovetown, GA. In lieu of flowers please make contributions to The National Kidney Foundation Of Georgia, 2951 Flowers Rd.
