Annie Lue Spearman Robinson-Lee passed away on March 2, 2012, at the age of 67 in Alexandria, La. She was born in Panama City, Fla., on Jan. 25, 1945, to Clarence and Flora Donald Spearman. She was a faithful member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church for nearly 60 years before relocating to Alexandria, La., due to illness. She loved her church, her family and friends. Annie Lue had a calling to serve others. Joyfully she gave back to her community as a member of the NAACP, the Rosenwald High School Alumni Inc., Theta Psi Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., Bay County Floridian Club Inc. AND Bay County McKnight Achievers Society, to name only a few. She was gainfully employed at the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services (HRS) and the Department of Children and Families for over 35 years.Annie Lue was preceded in death by her husband, Henry W. Lee, her parents and five siblings. She is survived by her three children, Derrick Robinson (Felecia), Chipley, Fla.; Chandra Robinson Tyson, Panama City, Fla.; Dominic Robinson (Izetta), Alexandria, La.; 10 grandchildren, Chan'Drieka Robinson, Derrick Robinson Jr., Gabrielle Robinson, Sh'anice Tyson, Solomon Tyson II, Soveria Tyson, Dominic Robinson Jr., Joslin Robinson, Loren Robinson and Tyler Robinson; three great-grandchildren, Dejah Pettway, David Pettway and Jaelah Pennerman: three brothers, Wardell Spearman (Luverne), Panama City, Fla., Frank Spearman, Atlanta, Ga., and Willie Lamar Spearman, Atlanta, Ga.Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 9, 2012, at 1 p.m., St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 1021 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Panama City with Pastor Delwynn G. Williams officiating. Interment will follow at the Hillside Cemetery. Public visitation will begin today from 1 – 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
