WHITE Anne Marcinko, age 85, beloved wife of the late James E. White of Stratford, passed away on Friday, November 12, 2004, at Lord Chamberlain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Stratford. Mrs. White was born in Bridgeport, on October 27, 1919, and was the daughter of the late John and Annie Turek Marcinko. Anne was a secretary for the General Electric Co. for more than 35 years and an avid line dance instructor for the Black Rock Seniors for 25 years. She is survived by one sister, Jean Hornak of New York; nine nieces and nephews: Peggy Marcinko, John Marcinko, Gail Briceland, George Marcinko, Paul Hornak, Joseph Hornak, Elizabeth Dillon, Michael Hornak and Lawrence Hornak; and several great-nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her four brothers, John, Martin, Stephen and George Marcinko. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. at the Galello-Luchansky Funeral Home, 2220 Main Street, Stratford, (corner of Judson Place) and at 11 a.m. at St. Ambrose Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Stratford.
