PHILIPPON, Anne-Marie (Sister Denise-Helene, S.P.) Sister Anne-Marie Philippon, S.P., passed away at Providence Centre Infirmary, Edmonton, Alberta on September 27, 2006 at the age of 99 years. She leaves to mourn her loss the members of her religious community (the Sisters of Providence), her sister Elizabeth Rathbone, her niece, cousins and friends. Sister Anne-Marie was predeceased by her parents, Raoul and Denise Philippon and her sister, Lucienne Philippon and sister-in-law Mrs. Armel Philippon. Prayers will be held at Providence Centre on October 1, 2006 at 7:00 p.m., and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held in the Providence Centre Chapel, 3005 - 119 Street, Edmonton at 8:30 a.m. on October 2, 2006. Right Reverend Leo Floyd will be the celebrant. Interment will follow in the Providence Sisters Cemetery in Calgary, Alberta.
