->MILLINOCKET - Anne (Picard) Carter, 88, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2014 at a local health care facility. She was born Jan. 29, 1926 in Millinocket, the daughter of Allen and Jessie (Russell) Picard.Anne is survived by her husband of 53 years, Dudley W. Carter; a son, Terry Picard and his wife, Donna; a brother, Jack Picard and his wife, Doreen; two sisters, Priscilla "Diddy" Barker, and Jane Picard; two grandsons, Matthew Picard and his wife, Coby, and David Picard; three great-grandchildren, Briana, Jacob and Benjamin; two stepsons, Dudley Carter and his wife, Kathy, and Rolland Carter and his wife, Linda; a brother-in-law, Paul Carter and his wife, Maryann; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by siblings, Janice Tasker, Lorraine Caruso, Allen "Mickey" Picard; Rosalie "Rosie" Clark and Terry Picard.At Anne's request, there will be no calling hours.
