ALBANY Anne Gaies Miller, age 87, of South Pine Avenue in Albany died Sunday, November 28, 2004 at the Guilderland Center Nursing Home. Born in Troy, N.Y., she was educated in the Troy School System. She was a member of Congregation Beth Abraham Jacob in Albany and the Albany Hebrew Tailor's Association. She had been employed by the NYS Library in Albany. She was married to Milton Miller until his passing. She is survived by two daughters, Caryl Smith and her husband Charles of Burnt Hills, N.Y. and Deborah Sue Miller and Tom Berentsen of Gaithersburg, Md.; sister of Joe Gaies and Abe Gaies, both of Troy, N.Y., Ethel Agins of Rochester, N.Y. and Faye Vipler of Albany; grandmother of Todd Smith and his wife Kristen, Lisa DeLorenzo and her husband Matthew; great-grandmother of Kramer and Abigail Smith and Sarah and Drew DeLorenzo. She was predeceased by a sister, Toby Brown. She also leaves many nieces and nephews. Services at the Levine Memorial Chapel, 649 Washington Avenue, Albany, N.Y. on Tuesday, November 30, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow in the Hebrew Tailors Cemetery, Guilderland, N.Y. Memorial contributions may be made to Congregation Beth Abraham Jacob, 380 Whitehall Road, Albany, NY 12208.
