Memorial services for Anna Teresa O'Donovan Garcia, 66, of Lufkin, Texas, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 15, 2003, in the Carroway-Claybar Funeral Home Chapel with Father Michael Doyle officiating.Mrs. Garcia was born on Oct. 18, 1936, in Bantry, County Cork, Ireland, to the late Mary Bridget (Foley) and Denis Joseph O'Donovan and was reunited with her husband, Kenneth "Reggie" Garcia on Monday, Aug. 11, 2003.She resided in Lufkin for the past 26 years and was retired from the Lufkin State School where she was employed for 19 years, and served as a dorm supervisor. She was also a retired military wife, devoted wife, mother and "Nanny."Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Cyndi and Gary Mall, Newman, Calif., Erin and John McCorts, St. Augustine, Fla.; daughter and fiancee', Terri Ann Garcia and Andy Choate, both of Nacogdoches, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Ross and Leah Garcia, Lufkin; grandchildren, Samantha, Shane, Tiffany, Shelby and Cheyenne; four great grandchildren; sisters, Maureen Green, Banbury, England, Joyce Donovan, Bradenton, Fla., Elizabeth Donovan, Banbury and Noreen Donovan, Banbury; brother, Frankie O'Donovan, Nottingham, England; brothers-in-law and wives, John and Carolyn Garcia, Lufkin, and Pat and David Harrison, Cold Springs, Texas; a number of nieces and nephews.The family wishes to give thanks to all her neighbors. Mrs. Garcia was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth "Reggie" Garcia, brother, Denis Donovan and sister, Peggy Dial.Memorials may be made to the Kenneth Reginald "Reggie" and Anna T.
