COLE, Anna Martina (O'Dwyer) - After a long, courageous battle with Alzheimer's, Anna passed away on Monday, October 5, 2009 at the West End Villa in Ottawa, Ontario. She was in her 84th year. Anna is survived by her loving son Ted Cook; Daughter-in-law Aryn Dale. Cherished granddaughters Chloe and Finn Cook. Survived by Sisters Helen Pettit, Irene (Victor) Cassono and Rita Tremblay and many nieces and nephews. She is pre- deceased by husband Frank Cole; and former husband Melvin Cook: and sisters Catherine Hladish and Mary Rosehart. Known for her kind heart, loving spirit, and sense of fun. Anna will be sorely missed by all those who loved her. A special thank you is given to the staff of West End Villa - you have been part of our family for the last six years. Family and friends will be received at THOPRE BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL on Friday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 133 Murray Street, on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. Cremation to follow. Interment at a later date at Our Lady of LaSalette Cemetery.
